The most impactful and fulfilling experiences I’ve had are results of collaborating with my peers and friends. Everyone admires a great solo artist, but their work seldom eclipses their collaborations with a team or band of like-minded individuals. I’m blessed to have both learned from powerful leaders, and to have led cross-functional teams and projects beyond my own limits and expectations. My strength is truly determined by the energy brought from those around me.
